Kiran and his girlfriend are the con artists. They inherit a spooky looking mansion and decides to turn it into a resort. They meet the caretaker of the mansion and his sister, and together they 4 decide to run the hotel. Some people who check-in, die a mysterious death. All the 4 members bury them behind the hotel. Later they realize that something spooky is going on. Strange things start happening around them.
