Dayashanker is burdened with heavy debts after the death of his father. He is fed up with the daily routine problems due to lack of money. So he decides to sell his father's palatial property which is situated in the heart of Mumbai. But when he goes there, he finds that the property is occupied by a family and they are unwilling to vacate the house. So what follows next is a confrontation between Sarasvati, who resides there with her family and Dayashanker. Will he be able to get his property back?
