Raaes is undoubtedly one of the biggest movies of this year. And the credit for that goes to its lead actor, Shah Rukh Khan. The film has been eagerly awaited and the Kaabil vs Raees clash made this even more interesting.
Raees has also received mostly positive reviews like Kaabil. Although, its to be noted here that most critics who awarded 4 stars to kaabil have only 3.5 stars for Raees. Both are positive ratings, but it tells you a little bit about the movies.
Some critics who have been neutral in the praise of this film are regarding Raees as only a one time watch. While some are saying its a Masala movie for the masses. The opinion on who this movie is meant for seems to be divided. But the bottom line is that its recommended to watch at least once.
The Acts of Both SRK and Nawazuddin Siddiqui are being appreciated here. Nawaz has been called as a show stealer by one of the reviewers.
The one major con of the movie seems to be its run time. Raees is 2 Hours 41 min long. If it was a shorter film, it would have been much better than it already is.
