Manoj Bajpayee starrer Rukh has released today at the box office. This is a thriller and suspense drama film directed by a debutant director Atanu Mukherjee. Let’s have a look at the reviews it has received from all the leading critics of Bollywood.

Movie Review

According to Times of India, the film maintains its good pace and its dialogues are humorous. The cinematography of the film is refreshing and all the stars of the film especially Manoj Bajpayee have played their role very well. It’s a rare, mature thriller that delivers the goods and keeps the audience engrossed. One should find some spare to watch this movie as this will stay with you long after you leave the theaters.

According to Hindustan Times, the director has presented a different kind of film by challenging the genre-bound filmmaking. The actor Adarsh Gourav has shown range and sensibilities much beyond his age. The story of the film is narrated in a way as someone is reading a book sitting in front of us.

According to NDTV, the debutant director has presented an intense, coming-of-age tale that features Manoj Bajpayee in a stellar role billed as ‘special appearance’. Rukh makes no sweeping, startling, macrocosmic statements about growing up, parenting and business ethics. The combination of sterling quality of acting, creative writing-directing, and a superb cinematography never allows the film to lose its way.
