Dangal continues to do exceptional business. All Records have been broken now. Dangal is offically the highest grossing movie of all time. Now it’s just about setting a new benchmark for the future movies.
The 3rd Weekend collections were strong with a total of Rs. 32.6 crores. And to add to that Third Monday Collections came at Rs. 4.5 crores, which is a very neat figure and perhaps the highest 3rd Monday of all time.
The total 18 Day figure has now reached Rs 349.9 crores and the film is looking for a final finish of around 370 crores which is a mammoth figure. The Overseas revenue of Dangal have touched Rs. 180 crores and is expected to touch 200 crores. Dangal will also release in a few more countries later this year adding more money to its pockets.
Worldwide Gross Collections till 9th January are well above Rs. 670 crores. This is very good figure and still shy of PK‘s 754 cr.
This is the last major week for Dangal because 2 Major movies are releasing next week which will take up a lot of screen space. xXx: Return of Xander Cage, which is releasing one week earlier in India as compared to its overseas release. Another one being, Ok Jaanu starring Shraddha Kapoor and Aditya Roy Kapoor.
