Dangal which was expected to slow down in the week 4, managed to rake in excellent collections and is now the movie with highest fourth-week collections overtaking the previous best, 3 Idiots. Here are the Daily collections of this week for Dangal:
- 4th Weekend – 10.02 cr
- 4th Monday – 1.3 cr
- 4th Tuesday – 1.15 cr
- 4th Wednesday – 1 cr
- 4th Thursday – 0.93 cr
Total = Rs. 14.4 crores
OK Jaanu
This movie had a relatively poor week at the box office and is a major flop. The total first-week collections for OK Jaanu stand at Rs. 19.25 crores net. This is a very disappointing figure. Anything above 30 crores for the first week would have been a respectable total for this film. Unfortunately, that figure looks difficult for the lifetime of ok jaanu.
xXx: The return of Xander Cage
Although a Hollywood film, but still it was expected to bring in more money at the box office. The word of mouth for this movie in India is mixed and it has resulted in a 1st week total of Rs. 23.85 crores. Significance of this total is very less at the film released tomorrow in the International markets which will ultimately determine the fate of this film.
