Shalu falls in love with her employer’s son, Dev Khanna. Her sister, Nimmi too falls for him and tells her mom Sarita about Dev. As a result, Sarita and Dev’s dad arranges for their marriage. Later Sarita comes to know of Shalu’s feelings for Dev. She warns her not to interfere in their marriage and also discloses the dark secret of her birth.
