The movie which did not have any pre-release buzz managed to garner quite good business and the first day box office collection of the movie is Rs. 8.40 crores. Considering Friday is a working day this number is really impressive.
This is the first biographical drama where the real life and reel life hero is same. It is a docudrama and not even a feature but still the audiences loved it greatly. The morning show started with 40% occupancy while growth was been noticed in the evening and night show. One of the most successful movies Bahubali 2: the Conclusion is now facing drop in the footstep while the cricket Bahubali Sachin is already there to occupy that position.
