Aiyaary faces competition due to other films and could not manage to do justice to itself. Not Up to the Mark Performance
After a poor performance on its first day, Aiyaary fought back on Saturday but couldn’t manage to take is first two days total to a good collection. Also, the competition from holdover and new films affected its performance very much. Overseas collection of the film is better than its domestic earning. In Overseas, Aiyaary raised Rs. 2.68 crores on Day 1, which is comparatively better than its domestic earning.
Sunday Collection Early Estimates
Right now, its first two day total stands at Rs. 7.40 crores. The growth of Aiyaary on Saturday gave a relief to its makers. And on Sunday it is expected to show a decent growth from its first day. If we talk about the value, then Aiyaary is expected to grow in the range of 30-35% over its Friday collection. This would take the first weekend earning of the film around Rs. 12 crores.
Black Panther Sunday Collection Early Estimates
The Hollywood release, Black Panther earned a good amount on Day 1 but faced difficulty in growing strongly on Saturday. With its decent growth on day 2, Black Panther total stands at Rs. 12.25 crores. Black Panther Sunday Collection is expected to earn around Rs. 7.10 – 7.30 crores which means a growth of around 35% from Friday. Black Panther is likely to touch Rs. 20 crores over the first weekend. However, the film has performed on a low note as compared to other Hollywood films.
