Raj Malhotra is a lawyer by profession and he lies to win the cases. He comes to Mumbai from a small town, Hoshiarpur. Here he sets his shop with his fellow lawyer Mohan in the compound of Bombay High Court. He comes to know about a wealthy lawyer Tejpal and his daughter Sonam. Through his cunning tricks, he succeeds in marrying Sonam. After the marriage, his son asks him to stop lying and he agrees to it. After this change, problems start originating in his personal as well as professional life.
