Sui Dhaaga is a family drama which revolves around self-esteem & self-reliance. This movie is basically dedicated to the concept of Gandhiji’s ‘Made In India’. It is scheduled to be released on 28th September 2018 under the banner of Yash Raj Films.
After playing so many amazing characters of different genres, Anushka Sharma & Varun Dhawan are preparing to get in the raw characters of their upcoming film, Sui Dhaaga. This will be the first film of the duo together. Although both the actors are busy in their other upcoming projects, they have started gearing up for Sui-Dhaaga. While Varun Dhawan is coming up with ‘October‘, Anushka Sharma is busy with ‘Zero‘.

According to some sources, Anushka Sharma will portray a raw & simple role of an Indian woman with pride & dignity. Unlike her jolly, lively & bindass look in her recent movie like Jab Harry Met Sejal, she is going to appear in a completely different avatar. She is even undergoing some learning classes regarding sewing & stitching to make her character look more realistic.
Talking about Varun Dhawan, sources revealed that the script of Sui Dhaaga is so heart touching that Varun became quite emotional after reading it. The actor also expressed gratitude on being paired up with Anushka Sharma for the first time. After giving so many blockbusters, he is very much excited about working on this project. Varun stated that he is so proud to be a part of the movie which delivers a good message to the audience.
