Bank Chor was the major release of this week and it wasn’t that major at the box office. The Film started off poorly and wasn’t able to hold up over the weekend. Thanks to its terrible reviews. A Terrible weekend was already expected considering Salman Khan’s Tubelight is releasing Next Weekend.
Bank Chor
Bank Chor First Weekend Box Office collections seem to be a disaster. Friday started at a poor Rs. 1.4 crores net, while Saturday showed a minor jump to Rs. 1.5 crores and Sunday Collections a negligible jump of another 15 Lakhs. This makes the total weekend figure to be around Rs. 4.6 – 4.7 crores net.
This movie is a total washout and stands no chance in the coming days. Final Collections could be around 7 crores net(max).
Super Singh
Starring Diljit Dosanjh, Punjabi Movie Super Singh had a better weekend at the box office then Bank Chor. Super Singh was released and its primary regions were Delhi/NCR and East Punjab and the film has done fairly well. It’s no record, but the collections are decent.
Super Singh’s First Weekend Collections are Rs. 6.15 crores net. This is a decent and excellent figure and the film is likely to do well during the weekdays as well. Final lifetime collections of Super Singh are looking to stand at Rs. 13 crores net which is a great figure for a Punjabi Movie.
