Bhoomi Movie Review By All Leading Critics

A new Bollywood release, Bhoomi has released today at the box office. Last week Bollywood witnessed two films which fail to perform well. Since Bollywood has faced a poor phase this year so all eyes are on Bhoomi to make this Friday a special one and entertain the audience to the fullest.

Meena from Times of India says the movie follows the same trending like that of Mom and Maatr. She questioned the inclination of filmmakers towards movies related to violence and rape. She says the performance of Sanjay Dutt is superb. He has played his character very well and makes the audience to blow their whistles.

According to Bollywood Hungama, the effect of Bhoomi gets diluted because it has released after similar films like Kaabil, Mom, and Maatr which released earlier this year. Secondly, the revenge drama in the film is too late. Overall, it is a decent entertainer and the performance of Sanjay Dutt is very good.

Sonil from Mid-Day writes the script of the film is convoluted and over potted. The film could have made in a more mature way like earlier releases namely Mom, Maatr and Pink. 

According to Udita from FirstPost, the film is better dressed, better filmed and better performed than the old-fashioned revenge drama. Sanjay Dutt has played his role so effectively that one can feel his pain while watching the film. And the idea of eye-to-eye and taking the law into one’s hands is not justifiable.
