Carry On Jatta 2, the sequel to the blockbuster film Carry On Jatta broke all records of previous openings of Punjabi films. The strong buzz about the film before its release helped it to take attract a huge number of audience to its theatres. It earned a gross amount of Rs. 3.61 crores on its opening day. Set a New Benchback in Punjabi Film Industry
The comedy film, Carry On Jatta 2 impressed everyone with its excellent show on its first day. It set a new benchmark in the Punjabi film industry by registering the highest first day collection ever by any Punjabi movie. Carry On Jatta 2 collected over Rs. 3 crores gross in Punjab only and it also fared well in the states namely Delhi and UP. Here is the state wise earning of Carry On Jatta 2:

2nd Day Collection Early Estimates
Since Carry On Jatta 2 is a brand name so it is surely going to grow well on its second day in a great fashion. Also, today is Saturday so a lot of families would go to their nearby theatres to watch the film. Carry On Jatta 2 2nd day collection is expected to grow by over 30% on Saturday and would earn over Rs. 4.50 crores on its day 2. With this, the first two day total of the film is likely to cross Rs. 8 crores gross.
Parmanu 9th Day Collection Expected Earning
Parmanu got affected by the new releases, Veere Di Wedding and Carry On Jatta 2 on its second Friday. It witnessed a fall of around 36% from Thursday. However, it should grow well over its second weekend because it had already received a positive word of mouth from the audience. On its 9th day, it is would witness a good growth and would take its total earning over Rs. 40 crores. The total of the film is as follows:

- Second Friday – Rs. 2.05 crores
- Total – Rs. 37.46 crores
Update: Carry On Jatta 2 grew by 15% on Saturday and earned Rs. 2.55 crores net at the box office.
