The Ghazi Attack that created a big hype much before its release has finally hit the theaters on 17th February. The story which is based on the true incident of 1971’s Indo-Pak war is the first underwater submarine war movie in Bollywood history and this is definitely one of the main reason to drive more audiences in the theater. The movie opened with a mixed review and has managed to collect Rs. 7 crore gross in the domestic market.
The movie had to face strong competition from other movies such as Running Shaadi and Irada both of which have hit the theater on the same day as The Ghazi Attack. Again Jolly LLB 2 is another movie to pose a big competition which was released the previous Friday.
The storyline of the movie is really intriguing which depicts how the Pakistani submarine PNS Ghazi ventured into Indian water with an aim to destroy INS Vikrant and how the hero of the movie Rana Daggubati finally win the war to save S-21.
The Ghazi Attack also features Taapsee Pannu, Kay Kay Menon, Atul Kulkarni, Rahul Singh and late Om Puri in pivotal role. It is expected to see great growth in the collection during weekend.
