With every new Friday, a hope of good Bollywood film arises and excites the audience fully. This Friday, people were hoping to see a good entertainment movie at the box office but the story of the day remained even worse than the last Friday. Both Bhoomi and Haseena Parkar stars famous actors of Bollywood but fail to impart any effect on the audience.
Bhoomi
Aditi Rao Haidari and Sanjay Dutt starrer Bhoomi released with the hope of getting a solid start. Also, the re-entry of Sanjay Dutt was expected to play in favor of the film but at the end of the day, it failed to cross even the opening collection of the last week release Simran.
The movie is based on the same theme of violence and revenge as that were Mom, Maatr, and Kaabil which were released earlier this year. So the same repeated concept might be the reason for its poor first-day opening.

Haseena Parkar
Shraddha Kapoor starrer Haseena Parkar also released this Friday and failed to receive a good opening. The film did not receive good reviews from the critics and now the overall business is purely dependent on the word of mouth of the audience.

Seeing the first-day opening collections of these two films, one can say that the poor phase of Bollywood is haunting the filmmakers badly. Both the films must perform exceptionally well on the weekend and the weekdays to boost its lifetime collection.
