Hichki started its journey at the box office on a decent note and witnessed growth on its second day. The film has crossed over Rs. 8.5 Crores in its first two days. Now, Hichki Sunday Collection is expected to earn an excellent amount to take its first-weekend collection to a good total.
Similar Performance to Tumhari Sulu
Rani Mukherjee’s Hichki has performed on a similar grounds to Vidya Balan’s last release, Tumhari Sulu but on a higher level. On Saturday, Hichki witnessed a growth of around 60% and grossed over Rs. 5 crores at the box office. The film is all set to take its first three days total in the double-digit. Here are the first two days collection of the two movies:
Day – 1
- Tumhari Sulu – Rs. 2.87 crores
- Hichki – Rs. 3.30 crores
Day – 2
- Tumhari Sulu – Rs. 4.61 crores
- Hichki – Rs. 5.35 crores
First Two Day Total
- Tumhari Sulu – Rs. 7.48 crores
- Hichki – Rs. 8.65 crores

3rd Day Collection Early Estimates
Considering the low number of screens allocated to Hichki, the film has done a great job and didn’t get affected by the holdover release, Raid. Also, it has performed better than the other women-centric films namely, Simran, Tumhari Sulu, and Mom. The film has been largely appreciated by the audience for its content.
Now, on the third day, the positive word of mouth of the audience would help the film to grow on a large scale. Hichki Sunday Collection is expected to grow over 20% from its second day and it would collect around Rs. 6 crores on Day 3. More updates about the movie will be made available soon.
