Yesterday, two new films from two different film industries released at the box office. So, this time the audience gets a good chance to select between the two different films on the basis of its taste. Both the film received good reviews from the critics but the first day collection of the film is very different. Let’s have a look at Ittefaq Saturday collection and Thor Ragnarok collection at the box office.

Ittefaq Saturday Collection

Sidharth Malhotra and Sonakshi Sinha starrer Ittefaq released yesterday with a lot of expectations at the box office. The film started its journey on a slow note but later picked the pace in the evening shows. The film is on the lines of Sidharth Malhotra’s last release A Gentleman as it too started with a low collection at the box office. Ittefaq First day collection is not very impressive and earned less than the Hollywood release.

Here is Ittefaq Saturday Collection Early Estimates:

  • Friday – Rs. 4.05 crores
  • Saturday – Rs. 5.50 crores (Updated)

Total – Rs. 9.55 crores (Updated)

Now, it is imperative for the film to perform well on Saturday and Sunday as both these days will decide the first week collection of the film. Ittefaq is different from A Gentleman in terms of content and has a good chance to witness growth in the evening shows as it is not just a youth-centric film but also for the evening audience.

Thor Ragnarok Saturday Collection Shows Good Growth

The Hollywood release, Thor Ragnarok started its box office journey with a good collection and gave a stiff competition to the Bollywood release Ittefaq. Its previous part did not perform well at the box office but this time the makers have come after doing their homework.

This is evident from the Thor Ragnarok first day collection. Thor Saturday Collection is also expected to be a good figure and the film is heading towards a good weekend collection.

Here are the first two days box office collection of the film:

  • Friday – Rs. 7.73 crores
  • Saturday – Rs. 9.43 crores (Updated)

Total – Rs.17.16 crores (Updated)

Let’s hope the films do good business today and entertain the audience to the fullest. We will let you know about the film’s box office collection and for more box office updates, keep reading BOTY.
