Today, the makers of Jagga Jasoos released a poster of the film on the social media. The poster, which highlights the various adventures of Jagga aka Ranbir Kapoor and Shruti aka Katrina Kaif is sure to leave you intrigued. The poster displays Ranbir Kapoor as wearing broken spectacles and he also has a smirk on his face. On the other hand, Katrina Kaif is looking quite serious. It features Ranbir and Katrina with a backdrop of Jagga’s fantasy world. Their adventure ride has Ostriches, Jet Planes, Zebras and Train top sequences.
The film narrates a story of a young detective, Ranbir Kapoor, who is in search of his father. Katrina Kaif features as his partner. Although the film’s release date is delayed, the outcome is looking quite good. The target audience for the film is kids, so its release is delayed to avoid a clash with exam season. Both Ranbir and Katrina are working together after 7 years.
Talking about it, Anurag Basu said,” After watching Barfi! my daughter said it was on ok film. In fact, every time during their vacation I show them Hollywood children films because we do not have many children films in Bollywood these days. So I wanted to make a film that children can enjoy!. So I thought I should make a film that kids and family can go and enjoy.”
The film is directed by Anurag Basu and is slated to release on July 14.
