Sridevi starrer Mom released last week on 1806 screens at the box office. The film received positive reviews from the critics which pave the path for its stable first-week performance. The film starts its journey with a decent opening. During the first week, it witnessed ups and downs which is usually not the case with most of the films.In the second week, the film retains 700 screens. On starting its journey for the second week, Mom starts with low collections but then it gains momentum on Saturday and Sunday.

There are various reasons for its stable performance at the box office. The film does not receive stiff competition from Jagga Jasoos due to its mixed reviews. Although, the Hollywood releases affected its performance its Bollywood counterpart created nothing unfavorable for it. The presence of star actors in the film give the boost to the film in increasing its footfalls.

  • First Week – Rs. 23.80 crores
  • Friday – Rs. 1.06 crores
  • Saturday – Rs. 2.21 crores
  • Sunday – Rs. 2.74 crores
  • Monday – Rs. 76 lakhs
  • Tuesday – Rs. 81 lakhs
  • Wednesday – Rs. 84 lakhs
  • Thursday – Rs. 81 lakhs

Total – Rs. 33.01 crores

The film is directed by Ravi Udyawar and produced by Boney Kapoor, Sunil Manchanda, Mukesh Talreja, Naresh Agarwal and Gautam Jain.
