Shiv Charan is thrown out of a village along with his family. He then moves to Bombay and is struggling to live on the footpath. There he meets Munna, an orphan. Both of them started working together and turn themselves into ruthless gangsters. The movie revolves around them and their family, their love lives and their enemies.
