This movie is a sequel to 2006 hit movie, Aksar. Khambatta is the owner of a huge empire. She is aging and hence, is totally unaware of the plot that is being hatched in her own penthouse. She asks her financial manager to hire another elderly lady after her death. But the manager convinces her to hire a young Sheena Roy. He is highly infatuated by her and asks her to return the favor. Having no other option, Sheena succumbs to his wishes but does not disclose anything to her boyfriend. But the manager soon discovers a shocking truth and finds himself in the middle of a scandal that could destroy his life.
