Shyam, with the help of 3 other people, steal a valuable diamond and hide it at a nearby construction site. They are chased by the police and soon put in prison. Upon his return, he is horrified to know that the construction site is now a police headquarters. Hence, Shyam decides to act as a police inspector Ram, to enter the building. There, he manages to retrieve the diamond successfully. But all is not well for this imposter. Inspector Shinde gets suspicious of his activities and try his level best to expose him. Will he again get caught? What other situations are awaiting him?
