Mustafa is an orphan brought up by an underworld don Abba. He falls in love with a dancer, Kavita. But some rivals of Abba kill Kavita which results in a radical change in Mustafa's attitude. He quits his profession and wins the bye-elections. After the elections, he decides to surrender before the force of law. This activity of Mustafa threatens Politicians and Abba and they decide to kill him. Will Mustafa be able to save himself?
