Kachra Seth is a drug dealer, who hides his evil business by showing himself as a garbage collector businessman. He recruits men to carry out his evil tasks. Jaggu is one of his men. He loves Tina. One day Jaggu’s mom gets hospitalized and he comes to Kachra Seth to seek his help in the form of monetary assistance. He assigned Jaggu a task but he gets caught by police with the help of a librarian. Jaggu’s place is taken by Raja, who also falls in love with Tina. After Jaggu returns from jail, he decides to kill the librarian and does so without knowing that the librarian is none other than Raja’s father. Raja decides to take the revenge of his father.
