Suraj, a wrestler by profession, falls in love with Komal, who belongs to a wealthy family. They decide to get married much against her father’s wishes. Aggravated by his daughter’s acts, Yashpal plants some negative scenes in their life, which lead to the couple taking divorce soon after their child is born. Komal refuses to keep the baby and hence the boy grows old with Suraj. Seven years later, Komal re-enters their life demanding him to give their son to her. The judge puts up a condition in front of Suraj to deposit 15 lakh rupees in order to keep the boy to himself. Or else, the child will live permanently with Komal. How a middle class man puts his days and nights together to gather 15 lakh rupees makes the rest of the story.
