Sachidanand Agnihotri is a school teacher who has always faced problems due to his honesty. He is a witness against the son of a wealthy businessman, who has raped a girl. For being a witness against a criminal, he is psychologically tortured and forced to commit suicide. His son Vishal decides to take the law into his hands in order to take revenge for this father.
