A photographer Adam Stanheight and an oncologist Lawrence Gordon woke up and find themselves chained at the opposite sides of a filthy bathroom. They are instructed to kill each other or face the consequences. The serial killer forced them to act according to his wish and solve his perverse puzzle to live.
