The Mummy released over this weekend. While it was a disappointment overseas, it managed to do average business at the Indian Box Office. The film started slow with around 3.5 crores net on Friday and managed to show small jumps and reach a total of Rs. 12.5 crores net for the First Weekend. This is below other movies like Wonder Woman, etc but still fine.

It is also interesting to note that the movie suffered a little bit due to the Adult Certification by the Indian Censor Board, probably due to the gore content in the movie. The Language wasn’t so much of a problem. This amounted to a loss of around 3 crores over the weekend.

Raabta

Raabta’s Monday Collections were just as disappointing as the weekend. The Film which collected over Rs. 16 crores over the weekend, managed to slump beyond 50% from its first day. The 4th day collections came at Rs. 2.38 crores net. The total for Raabta now stands at ~ Rs. 18.5 crores net.

Raabta Movie Still

The Final Figure for Raabta is looking to finish around 27 crores and not more than that. The film is disappointing overseas as it has collected around Rs. 1.2 crores gross from all major overseas markets.
