Tiger Shroff starrer Munna Michael has released today at the box office. This movie is a masala movie with a blend of comedy and dance. The movie also stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui and a debutant actress Nidhi Agerwal. It’s earlier released trailer was highly appreciated by the audience but this movie has not created any buzz before its release.

According to the data we have received, the film is releasing on approximately 3000 screens. The film receives more screens as compared to Jagga Jasoos, which was released on 1750 screens. No doubt the difference of screens will make a difference in the collections but it is not going to be a large one as the film does not receive expected advance bookings in the North India. The film is likely to collect its major share from the Mumbai Circuit.  But to get counted as a hit film, it needs to influence the North Indian audience also.

Also, a positive word of mouth will play a vital role in increasing its collections. The audience is eagerly waiting for a big Bollywood release and so Munna Micheal has got a golden opportunity to grab.

Tiger Shroff Movies First Day Collections:

  • Heropanti – Rs. 6.51 crores
  • Baaghi – Rs. 11.94 crores
  • A Flying Jatt – Rs. 7.10 crores
  • Munna Micheal – Rs. 6.65 crores

Tiger Shroff’s last release, A Flying Jatt was a big flop. Despite being a flop film, it managed to collect Rs. 7.10 crores on its opening day. Tiger’s earlier releases Heropanti and Baaghi performed exceptionally well at the box office and were directed by the same director as Munna Michael. Munna Michael has received lowest opening amongst all Tiger Shroff’s films.

Munna Michael has managed to collect Rs. 6.65 crores on its opening day at the box office. Munna Michael has entertaining stuff for the single-screen audience but has not much for the multiplexes audiences. To boost its collections, the film needs to perform well on the weekend and weekdays. To get placed in the hit films category, it not only needs to attract the single-screen audience but also the multiplexes audience.

We are very excited about the film’s performance in the next few days. Are you? For more updates keep reading BOTY.
