Padmaavat completed its two-week journey at the box office and did remarkably well in both the weeks. Talking about the numbers it grossed Rs. 236 crores in its first 15 days. In week 2, it earned Rs. 69.50 crores and it is the 6th highest second-week collection of all time. Despite the missing market and no holiday in the 2nd week, it is a good milestone for the film. Padmaavat has maintained the ‘Keep going’ attitude at the box office. Despite the arrival of a new film Padman at the box office, Padmaavat refused to slow down. On its third Friday, the movie grossed Rs. 3.5 crores and showed only little fall from its previous day.
The next two days would be very important for the film and it is expected to earn good numbers at the box office. And at the end of the third weekend, its total would easily surpass Rs. 250 crores mark. With the kind of strong performance, Padmavat 3rd Saturday earning would lie in the range of Rs. 5-6 crores which mean a growth of around 30pc from the last day.
