Parmanu earned decently over its first weekend and just managed to cross Rs. 20 crores mark. But what happened on Monday is a complete surprise. John Abraham’s film maintained a stronghold on its fourth day and only dropped by 15% from Friday. The film had to hold well on Monday to ensure its hold on the coming days at the box office. Now, it would be interesting to see how well it fares for the rest of the days of the first week. Here are the early estimates for Parmanu 5th day collection in details.

Strong Word of Mouth Ensures Stronghold on Monday

John Abraham’s and Diana Penty’s film, Parmanu – The Story of Pokhran was not promoted well before its release. The film received positive word of mouth from the audience and collected the seventh highest first weekend total of the year 2018. It got affected due to IPL matches over the first weekend and didn’t grow well. But on Monday, Parmanu recovered its losses and witnessed a little fall from its opening day.

5th Day Collection Early Estimates

Parmanu has earned over Rs. 24 crores in its first four days and is eyeing on a good first week total. It has to earn strongly in the next few days of the week to fall in the bracket of successful films of 2018. Parmanu 5th day collection is expected to follow the similar trend as Monday and it will only witness a little fall from yesterday.

However, the real test for the film will be on the coming Friday when there will be a competition for the film from the new releases. If it holds well on this Friday then it would ensure a good earning in the second week too. More updates about the film will be made available soon.

Raazi Holds Well on its Third Monday

Raazi held well on its third Monday and earned Rs. 1.82 crores. It didn’t get affected due to Parmanu’s stronghold on Monday. Here is the total collection of the film:

  • First Week – Rs. 56.59 crores
  • Second Week – Rs. 35.04 crores
  • Third Week – Rs. 12.69 crores (4 Days)
  • Total – Rs. 104.32 crores
