Race 3 has entered its weekdays and completely utilised the eve of Eid to earn an excellent amount of money over the first weekend. On Monday it held decently and showed a drop of around 50% from its opening day. Due to mixed reviews of the critics, it is going to be a big challenge for the action film to earn well on the weekdays. Excellent Journey of the Film So Far
The film has fared well in the domestic as well as the overseas theatres. Race 3 has earned over Rs. 120 crores in just first four days and has taken the advantage of Eid in an effective way. Also, the presence of Salman Khan has brought an excellent number of footfalls in its theatres. On Monday, Race 3 showed a positive performance at many places and witnessed a jump in its earning. Race 3 is a solo release just like Salman Khan’s previous action film, Tiger Zinda Hai. But unlike TZH, it has got 10 more days to enjoy this facility as Ranbir Kapoor starrer, Sanju is going to hit theatres in the next week. The biopic has already created a huge buzz and would open at the box office in a sound fashion.
5th Day Collection Early Estimates
Race 3 5th day collection is expected to fall by 15-20% from Monday. On Tuesday, the film would collect around Rs. 12-13 crores and its total earning would cross Rs. 130 crores. If Race 3 remains decent over the weekdays then it would be difficult for the film to earn a humongous total that was speculated by the critics.
