Raid is progressing at a rapid pace and has crossed the mark of Rs. 80 crores at the box office. Ajay Devgn’s film is getting a good response from the audience even in its second week. It has done a remarkable job till now and surpassed the lifetime collection of Padman on the big screen. Now, Raid 12th day collection is expected to follow a similar trend and most likely to earn a good amount. Here are the early estimates for today’s performance of the film.
Third Highest Grosser of 2018
After collecting a strong amount in its first week, Raid maintained itself over the second weekend and collected over Rs. 16 crores at the box office. On its 2nd Monday, it held well and only dropped by 30% from its 8th-day collection. This is a big achievement for a non-masla film in its week 2. Until now, Raid has become the third highest grosser of the year 2018 after it crossed Padman lifetime collection on its 11th day. Raid has not only impressed everyone with its performance in the domestic market but also gained a positive response in the overseas market.
2nd Tuesday Collection Early Estimates
Raid 12th Day Collection is expected to be around Rs. 2 – 2.10 crores. The film would show only 10-15% drop from its 2nd Monday earning and take its total around Rs. 84 crores. Now, it would be interesting to see how the film performs in the remaining days of the week 2.
If we assume the similar hold of the film in the next few days, the Raid would end its second week in the range of Rs. 24-25 crores. The crucial test would begin this Friday when it encounters a new action film, Baaghi 2 at the box office. More updates about the film’s performance will be made available soon.
