After completing its first week on a solid note, Raid is all set to face a battle with the new release, Hichki. Raid has earned an excellent amount in its week 1 and didn’t witness any major fall on any day. Now, today’s performance of Raid would decide the future of the film at the box office. Acid Test For the Film
Today is a crucial day for Raid at the box office as it is having a new film, Hichki as its competitor. Raid has to perform well on its 8th day to earn a big amount in its second week. Most of the non-masala films falter on the second Friday upon encountering with the new films. But seeing the first-week performance of Raid, it does not seem to be a tough battle for the film.
8th Day Collection Early Estimates
Raid would not get affected due to Hichki on its 8th day as both the films are completely different from each other. Due to different subjects, they would not attract each other’s market. Also, Raid has become the second highest first week grosser of 2018 after beating Padman. The movie has performed on similar grounds to Ajay Devgn’s Shivaay and managed to set its foot effectively at the box office.
Raid 2nd Friday Collection would also show similar performance and would witness minimal fall on its 8th day. Today, it would cross the mark of Rs. 65 crores at the box office.
