The political drama Sarkar 3 and the romantic comedy film Meri Pyaari Bindu both released on a very dull note on the last Friday and received average reviews. While Amitabh Bachchan starrer Sarkar 3 collected Rs. 6.75 crores on the weekend the other Hindi offering did the business of Rs. 6.50 crores. Anyways, Sarkar 3 was opened in more screens than Meri Pyaari Bindu and this has helped the political drama to garner a bit more.
Coming to the weekdays, both the movies faced huge fall in occupancy. While Meri Pyaari Bindu faced around 48.5% drop on Monday the other movie too faced the drop by huge percentage.

Tuesday- 0.75 crores
Wednesday- 0.60 crores
Thursday- 0.45 crores
Meri Pyaari Bindu:
Monday- 0.85 crores
Tuesday- 0.75 crores
Wednesday- 0.65 crores
Thursday- 0.50 crores
So, the total domestic collection of Meri Pyaari Bindu in these 7 days is Rs. 9.25 crores while Sarkar 3 made it to Rs. 9.50 crores. However, even though Sarkar 3 is ahead of Meri Pyaari Bindu by small amount but the collection is really poor considering it has been released in more screens.
