It is an ironic comedy movie that highlights the improper sanitation condition of rural India. It has a cute love story as well where Akshay Kumar has played Keshav and Bhumi Pednekar has played the character of Jaya. Both falls in love with each other and get married. But Jaya is introduced with that open defecation after marriage as Keshav’s village does not have any toilet. Jaya is a progressive thinker and she along with Akshay Kumar fights backs to finish this open defection in their village while they have to face numerous odds.
