Actor Vinod Khanna was hospitalized on Friday night when he suffered from severe dehydration. He was admitted in the HN Reliance Foundation and Research Centre in Girgaum.
Vinod Khanna’s son Rahul Khanna said that his condition was stable and the doctors would discharge him soon.
He was hospitalized on Friday for severe dehydration but the situation was brought under control soon and his condition was much better. The family is appreciative for the extraordinary care that has been given to him in the hospital. They are heartened by the good wished that have been coming in, he added.
The sources from the hospital said that the veteran actor was recovering soon and his condition has improved.
Vinod Khanna began his career as a villain in the movie ‘Mann Ka Meet’ in 1968. After doing many negative roles he got his first break as a lead hero in the movie ‘Hum Tum Aur Who’ in 1971. After acting in some more movies Vinod Khanna left the movie industry and became a follower of Osho. He returned back five years later with ‘Insaaf’ starring opposite Dimple Kapadia.
