OK Jaanu – Movie Review by All Leading Critics

OK Jaanu has opened to a generally mixed response from the critics. I think this is the case with most romantic movies these days. These mixed reviews don’t indicate that the movie is average but will appeal only to a specific group of audience.

The same has been the case with the critics. Some have been generous while some have been harsh. But, the Entertainment value of the film is being appreciated by all. So, if you go and watch this film entertainment is a guarantee. But there are technical aspects of this film on which the film scores poorly.

For some critics, the story seems to be pale and predictable. Considering its a remake of Ok Kanmani (80s Tamil Film), predictability was expected.

But people have a different approach towards the movie they chose to see. Aashiqui 2 received heavily mixed reviews as well. But it went on the become one of the top grossers of 2013.

But there is one thing everybody agrees on. And its performances. The Performances by Shraddha Kapoor and Aditya Roy Kapoor are great and everybody seems to like them. So for a romantic movie its very important that the couple are likable and it holds true for OK Jaanu.
