Dangal may not have the highest 4th-week collections of all time. That record is strongly held by 3 Idiots. But, it will surely be able to cross PK. It is interesting to see Aamir Khan is competing against his own movies for the top spot.
Dangal did notice a drop of around 65% on its fourth Friday but you expect such a drop on your day 22. The collections came at Rs. 1.87 crores, which is a good figure capable of taking the final 4th week collections to anywhere between 9 to 10 crores. The current total net collections in India is now Rs. 362.12 crores. And it is looking to reach 370 crores by the end of this week.
While the collections in India have now slowed down, the overseas collections are still going strong. Dangal has managed to gross a whopping Rs. 190 crores from the overseas box office in 3 weeks.
