Gautam is a diligent police officer. On the basis of his excellent work record, Commissioner of Police offers him to take in-charge of a town which was ruled by some offenders & villains. Later, he finds Dharamdutt is the main criminal who is involved in all the unlawful activities in that town. Dharamdutt sends his strongest goon, Govinda to finish Gautam. Who will win now?
