Raj Shekhar Azad is a courageous police officer. He finds that a terrorist named, Wasim Khan, wants to destroy India with the help of funding from Shankar Santhalia. Raj's father-in-law is also involved with these terrorists. Shankar plans to blast the entire Mumbai city and puts the only option before Raj to release Wasim. What will Raj do?
