Race 3 has completed its first 10-day journey at the box office and earned over Rs. 160 crores. The action film collected a good amount in the first week but it could not manage to earn well over the second weekend. Well, there seems no chance for Salman Khan starrer to recover on the weekdays of the week 2. Race 3 11th day collection is expected to follow a similar decent graph. It has got few days left to raise its total as next Friday a new film is hitting the theatres.
Faces Competition From the Hollywood Film Incredibles 2
Salman Khan starrer film, Race 3 is not only struggling to earn a good amount of money in the theatres but also it is facing a stiff competition from the Hollywood release, Incredibles 2. Race 3 has witnessed a fall in almost every region which is due to poor feedback from the audience. Although the worldwide collection of the film has grossed over Rs. 250 crores, still it could have performed in a better way in the theatres.
11th Day Collection Early Estimates
Race 3 11th day collection would come similar to second Friday. The fall on its 8th day was very big so on Monday its earning is going to be in the same bracket. Race 3 would earn around Rs. 4 crores on its second Monday. As the new movie, Sanju is hitting the theatres the next Friday so Race 3 has got few days to collect more money in the theatres.
Incredibles 2 Earns More than Race 3 Over Recent Weekend
Incredibles 2 has collected over Rs. 15 crores in the first weekend and earned more than Race 3. The Hollywood film witnessed a good jump on Saturday but could only earn decently on Sunday. Being an animation movie, it is a very good collection for Race 3 keeping in mind the poor demand for animation genre. Here is the first weekend earning of the film:
- Friday – Rs. 3.75 crores
- Saturday – Rs. 6.25 crores
- Sunday – Rs. 7.25 crores
- Total – Rs. 17.25 crores
