Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif starrer Jagga Jasoos received mixed reviews from the critics. This has seriously impacted the movie collections. Also, Sridevi’s Mom, which received positive reviews from the critics has shown uneven collections in its first week, is giving stiff competition to Jagga Jasoos. Also, it is facing competition from Hollywood releases War for the planet of Apes and Spiderman: Homecoming.
Katrina and Ranbir are sharing the screen after 7 years and their last release Ajab Prem Ki Gajab Kahani was a big box office hit. Also, Ranbir has not delivered any big hit since the last 3-4 years. In this movie, Ranbir’s acting is applauded by the audience and critics but still, it is not helping the film to attain great success.

- Saturday – Rs. 11.53 crores

Since the film failed to perform well on its opening days, so it heading towards a flop status. The only way in which the film can save itself from this tag is by performing well on the weekdays as well as the weekend.
