Movie Reception

Bhool Bhulaiyaa is one of the successful films of 2006. The movie took a good start and grew well over the first weekend. The strong word of mouth of the audience helped the film to hold well over the first week and it earned over Rs. 20 crores in its first week.

The movie declined on a low-note in the second week and collected around Rs. 14 crores in the theatres. Due to the strong performance of the film in the next couple of weeks, it managed to take its lifetime total over Rs. 50 crores. In the overseas theatres, Bhool Bhulaiya also received an excellent response from the audience and its worldwide total grossed over Rs. 80 crores.
