This is a film about the investigation following 1993 serial bomb blast that rocked Mumbai. It is told through the different stories of the people involved – police, conspirators, victims, and middlemen. It displays the police investigation, amidst allegations of human rights violations. The movie is based on a journalist S.Hussain Zaidi’s book. It goes into the lives of key players like Tiger Memon, his henchman Badshah Khan, and ACP Rakesh Maria, who investigated the case.
