Vijay and Raj are best friends since childhood. Vijay shifts to Bombay and becomes a Police Inspector. Raj, along with his brother Sanjay, meets Vijay in Bombay. Sanjay likes a girl named Jenny but Mahesh, the son of an influential and wealthy businessman Kedar, also eyes on Jenny. Sanjay humiliates Kedar and marries Jenny. Vijay arrests Sanjay on his wedding day. When Sanjay comes back from Jail, he wants to find out that why Vijay arrested him and betrayed his brother Raj.
