Uppi 2 is a story about Neenu, a young man who believes in living in the present. He is carefree about what his future holds for him. His this carefree nature attracts everybody around him. The twist in the saga comes when Neenu is being followed by the underworld dons and the local goons. Other than these goons, Neenu is also being chased by the police officers. What happened that everybody started chasing him?
