Parmanu had a decent start on its first day and held better on its next couple of days. This helped the film to cross Rs. 20 crores mark over its first weekend. By looking at the first three-day collection of the film, one can say that it got affected by IPL semifinal as well as IPL final match. Whatever the case may be, now the movie has to hold well over the weekdays. Meanwhile, here are the early estimates for Parmanu 4th day collection in details.

Poor Performance than Madras Cafe

John Abraham’s other patriotic film, Madras Cafe held better than Parmanu – The Story of Pokhran. Although the first-weekend collection of the film was on the similar grounds. But the thing to note here is that Madras Cafe was released in the year 2013 and had almost half the screens than Parmanu. One can say that the low intensity of promotions of the film as well as the clash with the IPL matches has some part in reducing the earning of Parmanu. The day-wise collection of the movie is as follows:

  • Friday – Rs. 4.82 crores
  • Saturday – Rs. 7.64 crores
  • Sunday – Rs. 8.32 crores
  • Total – Rs. 20.78 crores

4th Day Collection Early Estimates

Paramanu has to perform well over the weekdays and hold well at the box office. Seeing the trend of the film in the theatres, it can be said that the first weekend total of Parmanu is on the lower side. On Monday, it has to witness a decent fall from its opening day and earn a good amount of money. Parmanu 4th day collection is expected to drop by 40-45% and would be in the range of Rs. 2.60 – 2.90 crores. More updates about the film will be made available soon.

Raazi Fares well over its Third Weekend

Raazi has become the first non-franchise women-centric film to cross Rs. 100 crores mark. It is also on the verge of becoming the highest grosser film of Alia Bhatt by surpassing the box office business of Badrinath Ki Dulhania. Here is the total collection of the film till its third weekend:

  • First Week – Rs. 56.59 crores
  • Second Week – Rs. 35.04 crores
  • Third Weekend – Rs. 10.87 crores
  • Total – Rs. 102.50 crores

Update: Parmanu held well over on its fourth day and only witnessed around 15% fall from its opening day to earn Rs. 4.10 crores. The total of the film stands at Rs. 24.88 crores.
