SKTKS is on its 10th day and is performing remarkably well since its release. The film remained unaffected by other films and earned an excellent amount at the box office. Undisturbed Performance
Although SKTKS received mixed reviews from the critics still it has managed to attract a huge number of footfalls to its theaters. Not only did it survive amidst competition from the holdover releases but also remained unaffected due to new releases. The performance of the film is better than the last two releases of the director, Luv Ranjan. Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety is doing similar business to Fukrey Returns. However, it would have an advantage in the third week which was not the case with Fukrey Returns. Because Fukrey Returns crashed in week 3 due to Tiger Zinda Hai release at the box office.
10th Day Collection Early Estimates
SKTKS started its second week with a good growth and added an excellent value to its total. It didn’t get affected by the two new releases namely Pari and Veere Ki Wedding. Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety witnessed a growth of 14% over the 8th day and its total crossed the mark of Rs. 55 crores. Now, it is 10th day for the film at the box office and it has not shown any fall since its release.
On its 2nd Sunday, it is expected to grow by 20-25% and its total collection would surpass the mark of Rs. 65 crores. Also, the poor show by the other two films would help the film to attract the audience to its theaters. More updates will be made available soon.
